Staff training guides for Homebase

There are numerous processes and tasks involved in running Homebase stores each store carrying something in the region of 14,000 products. We were asked to produce process guides the staff could use to minimise wastage and maximise profit protection. We designed and produced ‘How do I?’ Filofax guides illustrated, accessible and simple to use.
